Markets are defined using Nielsen Designated Market Areas (DMAs). DMAs are standardized, non-overlapping geographic regions used nationally in media and advertising.

Only one license is issued per DMA. Once a DMA is licensed, that market is permanently closed to additional licensees.

No. This license does not include lead generation, advertising management, or marketing execution. Licensees control their own marketing, pricing, and sales.

No. All web use of the Dammit to Hail Roofing™ trademark must occur on Licensor-controlled domains. Licensees may not register or host independent websites using the brand.

Yes. Approved use includes vehicles, signage, uniforms, and local advertising, provided brand guidelines are followed.

No. Dammit to Hail Roofing™ makes no guarantees of sales, revenue, or performance. Business results depend on your operations and execution.

Yes. Licenses may be terminated for non-payment, misuse of the trademark, or conduct that harms the brand, as outlined in the License Agreement.
