Market Review Process — Territory Evaluation Procedure

Market Review Process

This document explains how territory requests are evaluated and how the Official Market Review is conducted prior to licensing.

Purpose of the Review

The Official Market Review determines whether a requested territory is available and whether the applicant is qualified to operate under the Dammit to Hail Roofing™ brand. Because each market is assigned to only one contractor, availability must be confirmed before a license can be granted.

Submission of Request

Applicants initiate the process by submitting a request for evaluation of a specific city, region, or market area.

IMPORTANT: Use the Notes field during checkout to specify the city, state, or market you want reviewed. This information is required to identify the requested territory.

Submission places the requested market under review and prevents conflicting evaluations from being processed simultaneously.

Availability Verification

The requested market is analyzed to determine whether it has already been assigned, reserved, or is otherwise unavailable. Territory boundaries are also reviewed to confirm the appropriate Designated Market Area.

Qualification Assessment

Applicants are evaluated to confirm they operate a legitimate business capable of performing roofing services within the requested territory. Factors may include licensing, insurance, operational capacity, and ability to respond to storm-related demand.

Market Analysis

The review may include an assessment of market size, storm activity patterns, housing characteristics, and logistical considerations to ensure the territory can be effectively served by a single operator.

Notification of Results

Applicants are informed whether the market is available and whether they are approved to proceed. If approved, the territory may be held during completion of the licensing process so another contractor cannot secure it during that period.

Exclusive Assignment

A territory is not considered secured until the licensing agreement is executed. Once finalized, the market is removed from availability and designated to the approved operator.

Purpose of the Process

The review exists to maintain fairness, prevent conflicts, and ensure that each licensed territory is assigned to a contractor capable of representing the brand professionally.
