After the Storm Homeowners Instinctively Say: DAMMIT TO HAIL

Exclusive Trademark Licensing - National Platform Overview

National Platform Overview

This document explains how the Dammit to Hail Roofing™ national platform operates and how licensed operators are presented to homeowners.

Purpose of the Platform

The platform serves as a centralized public presence for the brand, allowing homeowners to identify the authorized contractor for their market following severe weather events. It functions as a directory and credibility layer rather than a dispatch or project management system.

Market Representation

Each licensed territory is represented by an official location page within the network. This page identifies the authorized operator for that market and provides contact pathways for inspections, estimates, and service requests.

Only the approved operator for that territory is presented under the brand.

Customer Contact

Homeowners communicate directly with the local operator. All scheduling, inspections, contracts, and project execution are handled by the operator’s company.

The platform does not assign jobs, manage crews, or intervene in service delivery.

Unassigned Markets

Territories without an approved operator remain unassigned. The platform does not designate substitute contractors or rotate coverage between companies.

Availability messaging may be displayed until a qualified operator secures the market.

Brand Consistency

Operating under a unified national platform reinforces recognition and legitimacy across regions while allowing each operator to remain locally owned and managed.

The platform ensures homeowners encounter a consistent brand identity regardless of location.

Operator Responsibility

Licensed contractors are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information and responding to inquiries generated through the platform.

Customer relationships remain entirely between the homeowner and the local operator.

Platform Role

The platform provides visibility and identification — not operational oversight. It does not participate in contracts, payments, construction decisions, or warranties.
